Social Media Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Account Manager to join our Jeddah office. You will own the day‑to‑day management of client social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and measurable engagement across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for multiple client accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate regular reports and use insights to optimise campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content and strategy teams to develop integrated social media initiatives.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments and messages, and maintain community health.
• Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple accounts, deadlines and campaign calendars.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is a plus.
