About the role
Tshweash Creative Agency is seeking a highly organized Social Media Community Manager to become the voice of its clients' brands. You will build and nurture engaged digital communities while managing daily operations and paid advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Manage clients' social media profiles end‑to‑end, including scheduling, smart inbox handling, and publishing.
- Develop and maintain community‑management workflows and response guidelines.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn to maximise ROI.
- Analyse performance data, generate comprehensive reports, and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and CPA.
- Monitor online trends, conversations, and brand mentions through social listening tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Community Manager, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a disciplined daily workflow.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
