Key responsibilities

• Manage and publish content on all social media channels.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with campaigns and business goals.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing stakeholders to produce engaging visual and written assets.
• Write compelling captions, copy, and digital content that reflects the brand voice.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Support marketing campaigns with timely, relevant content.
• Track performance, analyze engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging formats.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing business social media accounts.
• Good understanding of major platforms, content planning, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
