Social Media Director – Riyadh

About the role

The Social Media Director will lead client accounts, develop insight‑driven social strategies and strengthen agency relationships while managing a multidisciplinary team. You will translate digital and social trends into actionable solutions for our clients in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Plan and develop comprehensive social media strategies across channels, content, campaigns and community engagement.
• Align social initiatives with business KPIs and brand insights.
• Present strategic recommendations, performance insights and research to clients.
• Lead a team of content creators and community managers, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee timely delivery of services and project status reporting.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within and across offices.
• Provide creative concepts and strategic direction for new social media campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Proven ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovative client solutions.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
