Social Media Executive – Riyadh

About the role

TGP International, a hospitality consultancy, is seeking a Social Media Executive to lead social media content, planning and management for client marketing projects in Riyadh. The role combines content creation, community building and coordination with internal teams to drive brand visibility and footfall.

Key responsibilities

• Plan social calendar and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create in‑house content such as reels and TikTok videos.
• Capture on‑site content at venues.
• Propose community‑building ideas to increase footfall and reservations.
• Develop strategies to grow followers and engagement.
• Manage community interaction and visibility.
• Write photography briefs and oversee photoshoots.
• Coordinate quarterly video briefs with videographers.
• Write and execute email campaigns aligned with strategy.
• Build a database through data collection and competitions.
• Collaborate with operations to develop promotions and product innovation.
• Maintain monthly promotions tracker and internal notifications.
• Keep marketing trackers and calendars up‑to‑date.
• Attend internal brand meetings, take minutes and circulate them.
• Update website content and menus.
• Organise calendar invites, manage influencer relationships and admin tasks.
• Uphold company image and tone of voice across all media channels.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
• Previous experience in hospitality marketing (preferred).
• Proven experience creating content and managing social media accounts.
• Passion for hospitality, food, leisure and lifestyle trends.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Self‑starter, well‑organized and excellent communicator.
