About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing professional to translate our annual marketing plan into an effective daily and weekly content calendar. The role focuses on ensuring brand consistency, optimizing campaign performance, monitoring analytics, and actively engaging the online community to drive growth and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Strategy Execution: Translate annual plans into an actionable daily/weekly content calendar.
- Performance Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Quality Management: Ensure brand consistency and maintain visual/textual standards across all posts.
- Monitoring & Analytics: Prepare monthly reports tracking growth, engagement rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Active Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with the audience by proactively managing digital conversations and interactions.
