Social Media Specialist

About the role
The Social Media Specialist will drive the creation, publishing, and management of engaging content across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and supporting marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Create, edit, publish and share social media content and manage campaign schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain brand consistency in all social media communications.
- Collect and analyze customer interaction data to produce reports and refine future marketing strategies.
- Report progress and performance metrics to senior marketing management.
- Expand the company’s presence on existing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and explore new social media channels.
- Produce written and graphic content for e‑newsletters, web pages, blogs, and social media posts.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Leadership qualities and the capacity to work cross‑functionally.
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust campaigns for better effectiveness.
