Solution Sales Architect - Data and AI

About the role

Royal Cyber KSA is looking for a technically strong Solution Sales Architect to generate and close Data and AI consulting opportunities across Saudi Arabia. The role blends business development, solution discovery, and technical consulting, requiring close interaction with senior technology and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new Data and AI opportunities in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.
• Expand the Data and AI portfolio within existing Royal Cyber accounts.
• Engage CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, AI leaders and business executives to uncover high‑value use cases.
• Conduct AI discovery sessions, data‑readiness assessments and executive workshops.
• Shape solutions involving Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Databricks, agentic AI and data modernization.
• Translate business problems into defined consulting engagements and coordinate technical architecture, estimates and delivery plans with global teams.
• Create proposals, statements of work and executive business cases.
• Develop relationships with strategic partners such as Microsoft and Databricks.
• Manage the full opportunity lifecycle, including commercial negotiations and closure, while maintaining accurate pipeline data in CRM.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, presales, solution sales or business development.
• At least 3 years focused on Data, Analytics or AI.
• Proven track record of generating and closing enterprise consulting opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise and government markets, with existing customer or partner relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; Arabic fluency strongly preferred.
