Solutions Engineer - Enterprise

About the role

Cisco is hiring a Solutions Engineer for its Enterprise practice in Jeddah. The role works closely with customers to turn their business ambitions into digital architectures, covering networking, security, cloud and AI. It is a hybrid, full-time position of 48 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical solutions that align with customers' strategic business goals
• Architect multi-architecture solutions across networking, security, cloud and AI
• Lead end-to-end technical strategy and customised proofs-of-value
• Advise executive-level stakeholders on modern IT and emerging AI opportunities
• Act as a feedback loop between customers and internal engineering and product teams

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical role
• Significant technical experience in at least two of: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security or Collaboration
• Experience delivering technical presentations to internal partners or external customers
• Experience managing technical relationships with customers and partners

Preferred qualifications

• Cross-architectural understanding, such as integrating security with cloud strategy
• Leading complex technical sales cycles for large enterprise accounts
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Industry certifications such as CCIE or CCDE
