About the role
We are seeking a Spa Attendant to join our new FAENA Red Sea resort in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests, supporting the spa team and delivering high‑standard service throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, offer refreshments, provide spa tours and assist with robe changes.
- Maintain spotless spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges and treatment rooms.
- Handle laundry, restock towels, water, amenities and retail products.
- Assist with basic phone inquiries, simple bookings or rescheduling and process payments.
- Support inventory control for linens, consumables and retail items.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads and move safely in confined spaces.
- Basic knowledge of spa treatments and cleaning chemicals.
- Previous experience in a 5‑star hospitality or spa environment.
- Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a team.
