Space Business Growth and Planning Expert

About the role

The Space Business Growth and Planning Expert will support the development and execution of STC’s space‑related business strategy. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help identify market opportunities, assess portfolio performance and provide data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and update of space business plans, value propositions and roadmap documents.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and benchmarking for satellite and space services.
• Assist with market sizing, demand forecasting and analysis of target customer segments and use cases.
• Analyse portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities and prepare business cases with financial assessments.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting and investment planning activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators, revenue, cost and profitability, and produce regular performance reports and presentations.
• Evaluate partnership, investment and other strategic growth options and coordinate implementation with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business planning, market analysis, business analysis or business development, preferably in telecommunications, technology or satellite industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMP are desirable.
