Special Projects Specialist

About the role

The Specialist, Special Projects supports the execution of assigned projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role coordinates daily project activities, maintains documentation, monitors progress, and works closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned project tasks following detailed plans and directives from the Director or project leads.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operational challenges, implementing immediate solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, gathering input and providing progress updates.
• Gather, organize, and maintain project data, preparing concise updates for decision‑makers.
• Identify and report issues, suggesting practical solutions to maintain momentum.
• Handle operational tasks such as resource allocation, procurement coordination, and budget tracking.
• Proactively address minor resource shortages or inefficiencies by engaging relevant teams.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and data management.
