Specialist Physician

About the role

Fakeeh Care is seeking a Specialist Physician to deliver high‑quality diagnosis and treatment to patients across its facilities. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with senior physicians, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient care within granted privileges and according to Fakeeh Care policies.
• Document all clinical activities following the organization’s documentation standards.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Assist or perform medical and surgical procedures as permitted.
• Prepare and deliver medical reports in the required format promptly.
• Participate in departmental meetings, scientific activities, and junior staff training.
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, cybersecurity, and code‑of‑conduct policies.
• Complete mandatory education and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in a recognized hospital or health‑center setting.
• Saudi Specialty Certificate or equivalent health‑science credential from an accredited institution.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid medical license from the regional health authority (e.g., SCFHS or DHA) and BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work effectively under high‑stress conditions and maintain organized documentation.

Required skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
