Specialist, Project Sales

About the role

The Specialist, Project Sales will drive growth of Alfanar Building Systems' precast solutions across Saudi Arabia. You will engage proactively with developers, contractors, consultants and government entities to generate new business and expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for precast products, targeting developers, contractors, consultants and public sector clients.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of projects using CRM tools and follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in the construction sector.
• Conduct market visits, gather intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and emerging trends.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering and production teams to ensure technical compliance and delivery feasibility.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction sales, preferably in precast or building systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and meet defined targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
