Specialist - Projects Contracts

About the role

The Specialist – Projects Contracts will provide technical and operational expertise to manage the procurement process for all Kidana projects, ensuring timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of procurement strategies aligned with Kidana’s project objectives.
• Apply procurement policies, ensuring legal, ethical compliance and transparency.
• Monitor procurement budgets, flag deviations and keep spending within approved limits.
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to guarantee on‑time delivery and quality.
• Handle end‑to‑end procurement from sourcing to inventory coordination.
• Conduct comparative analysis of quotations, identify lowest price and note unique terms.
• Review technical specifications, assess supplier capability and recommend suitable suppliers.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, track change orders, and maintain a contract register.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 + years experience as a procurement specialist.
