Sponsorship Strategy Consultant - Freelance

About the role

Elevate is seeking an experienced Sponsorship Strategy Consultant on a freelance basis to support client engagements across the GCC and wider MENA region. The role involves shaping sponsorship and partnership strategies that align with brand and business objectives, delivering measurable marketing and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of sponsorship and partnership strategies, translating brand goals into clear sponsorship priorities.
• Advise clients on investment decisions, assessing properties, platforms, rights holders, audiences, and partnership opportunities.
• Apply brand marketing expertise to identify how sponsorship can drive awareness, consideration, engagement, reputation, and commercial impact.
• Develop frameworks, investment approaches, and clear recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Assess potential sponsorship opportunities against strategic criteria such as brand fit, audience alignment, geographic relevance, and commercial potential.
• Support the creation of partnership propositions and activation strategies to ensure sponsorship rights generate meaningful outcomes.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in sponsorship strategy and brand partnerships.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing strategy and its application to sponsorship.
• Experience working with GCC rights holders, brands, and properties.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and practical levels.
• Proven capability to present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
