Sports Director

About the role

Sport Link Agency is seeking a dynamic Sports Director to lead and expand its sports operations worldwide. In this full-time role you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with clubs, players, coaches and corporate partners, and overseeing the execution of deals and transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a global network of clubs, athletes, coaches and commercial partners.
• Coordinate and supervise player transfers, contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
• Provide guidance on sports management decisions and support coaching and development initiatives.
• Manage scouting activities and ensure alignment with the agency’s strategic objectives.
• Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities and propose strategic actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operational plans with overall agency goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sports agencies, clubs or sports organisations.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and part-time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using digital communication tools (email, video-conferencing platforms).
