Staff Software Engineer – ERP Platform

About the role

The role leads the evolution of a large‑scale ERP platform, focusing on designing and scaling services for tenant management, data integrity, transactional processing and overall platform reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain core ERP platform features and functionalities.
• Scale multi‑tenant SaaS services while ensuring high performance and stability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly.
• Own critical system changes without compromising stability.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience building and operating large‑scale backend systems.
• Strong expertise in software engineering and system design within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, reliable software solutions.
