Stakeholder Lead – Saudi National

About the role

ASSYSTEM, a global nuclear engineering company with more than 60 years of experience in highly regulated sectors, is hiring a Stakeholder Lead in Riyadh. The role coordinates with authorities, utilities and operators to manage stakeholder engagement and interface requirements across the project life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the stakeholder register, engagement plan, communication matrix and stakeholder action tracker.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities, operators and internal workstreams to identify requirements and constraints.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions and ensure requirements are passed to design, procurement and permitting teams.
• Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.
• Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and support management decisions with clear options.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Preferred: stakeholder/interface management, PMP or equivalent training.

Required skills

• Maintaining stakeholder registers, engagement plans, authority coordination and interface matrices.
• Tracking regulatory requirements and keeping communication records.
• Strong communications and presentation skills, relationship management and problem solving.
