Static Supervisor

About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a Static Supervisor in Al-Jubail. The role leads a team of technicians and covers installation and maintenance work on static equipment, following SATORP procedures and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive jobs, work instructions, drawings and specifications from the Supervisor and carry out the work.
• Lead the team of technicians.
• Use the right tools and equipment, including heavy-duty tools taken from the central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press and threading machine.
• Carry out installation and maintenance work according to SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Perform hydro and pneumatic tests and receive work permits before starting work.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards and attend toolbox talks before work begins.
• Consult the Supervisor on technical issues, keep good housekeeping, and wear appropriate PPE.
• Report near misses and unsafe conditions, and comply with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Achieve job completion to quality and schedule according to company standards.
• Assist in analysing recurring mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years' experience in oil and gas maintenance with a high school education.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in oil and gas maintenance with a diploma.
• Well organised and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
