Steel Structure Site Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Steel Structure Site Manager to lead the erection and construction of a major steel building project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for all on‑site activities related to steel structures, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee erection and installation of steel structural elements for the Riyadh project.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor site safety, quality standards, and compliance with local construction regulations.
- Manage on‑site workforce, scheduling, and progress reporting to senior management.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale steel structure projects, such as stadiums, in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of steel erection techniques, construction codes, and site safety practices.
