Steward – Kitchen (Food & Beverage)

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a motivated Steward to support the Food & Beverage operations within its luxury resort. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work in a world‑class hospitality environment, ensuring that all kitchen and banquet equipment is clean, functional and ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain dishes, glassware and kitchen equipment in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Prepare and organise operating equipment for banquet functions, including counting, sorting and arranging items.
• Maintain kitchen utensils and equipment to minimise breakage and ensure cleanliness.
• Sanitise machinery and equipment following established hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
• Adhere to personal hygiene, grooming standards and prescribed uniform requirements.
• Remain vigilant about security, reporting any suspicious circumstances to supervisors.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar stewarding or kitchen support role.
• Experience working in an international hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated respect for cultural differences and ability to work collaboratively.
