Storekeeper – Luxury Resort Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Storekeeper to join the operations team at Fairmont The Red Sea, a luxury resort located in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that all supplies and materials are received, stored and distributed efficiently, supporting the smooth running of the resort’s daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
• Organise storage areas to maintain cleanliness, safety and easy accessibility.
• Monitor inventory levels, update records in the inventory management system and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfil requisition requests promptly.
• Apply FIFO procedures to manage stock rotation and minimise waste.
• Prepare and submit reports on stock movements and any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards and company policies within the storeroom.

Required profile

• Proven experience in storeroom, warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift and move supplies regularly.
