Strategic Analyst

About the role

The Strategic Analyst will support Savills’ Strategic Consultancy team in delivering real‑estate advisory services across the GCC and wider Middle East. Reporting to senior consultants, the analyst will act as a point of contact for ad‑hoc consultancy requests, assist in proposal preparation and contribute to market analysis and study reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on real‑estate markets, analysing supply, demand, pricing and pipeline data.
• Perform site visits, benchmark comparable developments and assess project feasibility.
• Support financial modelling, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and internal rate of return (IRR) calculations using Microsoft Excel.
• Develop and maintain market databases covering historical data, current supply, demand trends and future pipelines across multiple geographies.
• Prepare market research reports, feasibility studies and presentation decks for client proposals and tenders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Economics or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in real‑estate consultancy or research.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret demographic, economic and market data.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
