Strategic Growth Business Developer – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Business Developer to drive expansion of our Home Health Care and Mobile Medical services in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will work closely with senior leadership and corporate clients to identify and secure new business opportunities that align with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse healthcare trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to corporate clients, insurance partners and other B2B prospects.
• Collaborate with internal medical, operational and sales teams to design and launch strategic projects.
• Negotiate and close contracts with corporate and insurance partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on revenue targets and project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Proven experience in the KSA healthcare sector, medical centres, corporate wellness or home‑care networks.
• Strong analytical ability to assess market data and formulate commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for C‑level engagement and B2B negotiations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
