About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Riyadh focuses on driving strategic growth for a healthcare‑focused organization. You will identify new market opportunities, build strong client and stakeholder relationships, and shape strategic plans that align with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities in the Riyadh healthcare sector.
• Lead the creation and presentation of business proposals and strategic plans.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and report on progress.
• Negotiate and engage with stakeholders to secure partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and spot business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Proven experience in growth hacking, sales, and business development.
• Project‑management experience with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Successful history of stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry in Riyadh is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
