Strategy Advisor

About the role
The Strategy Advisor will lead the development and execution of the company's long‑term strategic plan. Working closely with executive and middle management, the role ensures alignment of objectives, targets and KPIs across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Drive company‑wide transformation initiatives to meet strategic goals.
- Monitor strategy execution, identifying challenges, obstacles and opportunities.
- Assess the current business model and recommend changes to support strategic transformation.
- Facilitate strategy workshops to create alignment and develop the strategic plan.
- Analyse company performance, market opportunities, competitor landscape and internal capabilities to refine the strategic roadmap.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior strategy role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing corporate strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
