Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments. You will translate real consulting engagements into structured tasks and evaluation frameworks that train and assess large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and benchmarking.
• Define grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
