Strategy & Corporate Excellence Director

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy & Corporate Excellence Director to lead the Group’s strategic agenda, ensuring alignment between the Board’s vision and operational execution across multiple entities. Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s strategic planning cycle and oversee the development and execution of corporate strategy.
• Align strategies across entities, cascading objectives, KPIs and performance measures.
• Drive corporate performance management through regular operational and strategic reviews.
• Govern and deliver strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Lead corporate excellence programmes, including EFQM, continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Ensure robust corporate governance, policy management and Board committee support.
• Partner with the Chairman and executive leadership to align strategic priorities and business outcomes.
• Build and develop a high‑performing Strategy & Corporate Excellence team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 10‑15 years of experience in strategy, corporate development or management consulting.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record in strategy formulation, performance management and organisational transformation.
• Experience in multi‑entity organisations, holding companies or large conglomerates is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Balanced Scorecards, EFQM, project and corporate governance frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are an advantage.
