Strategy Principal Director

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Principal Director to lead large‑scale transformation initiatives for high‑tech and telecom clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role focuses on aligning people, culture and technology to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and deliver multi‑million‑dollar engagements, building strong relationships with C‑suite and board members.
• Design and implement technology and digital transformation strategies, including IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Advise on telecommunications network evolution, covering 5G, fiber, core and RAN architecture.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of 10+ consultants across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive business development and expand Accenture’s footprint in the GCC market.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of experience in strategy and operations consulting at top‑tier firms.
• Proven track record of winning and executing large engagements.
• Deep understanding of high‑tech and telecom sectors in the GCC.
• Strong stakeholder management and independent deal‑closing capability.
