About the role

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Principal Director to lead multi‑million‑dollar transformation engagements for high‑tech and telecom clients across Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region. The role focuses on aligning people‑centric strategies with technology and sustainability objectives, helping CEOs and boards drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and deliver large‑scale strategy and operations consulting engagements, generating multi‑million‑dollar revenue.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in high‑tech and telecom sectors.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of 10+ consultants across concurrent projects.
• Develop and execute technology strategy, digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
• Provide expertise on telecommunications networks, including 5G, fiber, and core/RAN architecture.
• Drive business development activities and contribute to practice growth.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of experience in top‑tier strategy or management consulting firms.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering complex, high‑value engagements.
• Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and close significant deals independently.
• Demonstrated leadership of large consulting teams.
