Supplier Engagement Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supplier Engagement Analyst to own supplier interactions with retailers, e‑commerce platforms and vendors across multiple countries. The role focuses on onboarding, data compliance and continuous improvement of data quality while ensuring service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report KPI performance, ensuring data receipt aligns with SLA targets.
• Partner with data analysts to review metrics and lead improvement discussions with suppliers.
• Analyse data‑quality metrics and work with suppliers to enhance accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve retailer data quality in collaboration with the operations strategy team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, supporting onboarding, data‑quality testing, format alignment and timeliness expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding plans with local operations teams and project managers.
• Handle escalations and queries from retailers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Contribute to system enhancements, including SAP transactional data handling, FTP/MFT setup and retailer system changes.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to interpret data in a business context.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work with diverse data structures, mapping and file formats.
