Supplier Relationship Manager

About the role

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee strategic supplier relationships after the award of a Master Procurement Agreement (MPA). The role ensures suppliers deliver on commitments, supports call‑off readiness and drives value throughout contract execution across large‑scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance and issue logs.
• Coordinate call‑off administration with procurement, development, project teams and suppliers.
• Lead regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement actions.
• Resolve commercial, operational and relationship issues promptly.
• Maintain supplier development plans, lessons learned and performance scorecards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, contract or category management.
• Proven experience managing post‑award supplier performance and contractual obligations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law.
• Background in construction, real estate, infrastructure or large capital‑project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness and commercial discipline.
