Supply and Procurement Manager

About the role

The Supply and Procurement Manager will lead the sourcing and acquisition of all materials, equipment, and services required for water and wastewater projects. This role ensures that procurement activities align with organisational objectives and support project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet project and corporate goals.
• Source, qualify, and manage suppliers for pumps, valves, pipes, fittings, instrumentation, chemical dosing systems, filtration systems, membranes, and related electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement processes, including RFQs, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and contract management.
• Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and contractors, monitoring performance on quality, delivery, cost, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and contractual agreements.
• Develop supplier performance KPIs, conduct periodic reviews, and resolve disputes or contractual issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the construction or water‑treatment sector.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on meeting project timelines.
• Ability to evaluate and qualify suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria.
