Supply Chain Manager – BYD & Denza (KSA)

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end‑to‑end parts supply chain for BYD and Denza brands across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to Aftersales leadership, you will be responsible for forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment and operational efficiency across the central distribution centre and all branch locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the parts supply chain strategy, including forecasting models, replenishment cycles and obsolescence management.
• Set inventory targets for the central distribution centre and branches to optimise fill rates, availability and working capital.
• Govern core inventory KPIs such as stock turn, first‑pick fill rate, back‑order ratio, ageing stock and obsolescence provisions.
• Standardise branch parts operations, VOR processes and emergency order management.
• Act as the primary KSA interface with BYD headquarters and OE partners, managing order cycles, allocations and supply commitments.
• Negotiate supply terms, pricing reviews and service‑level agreements with OE and third‑party vendors.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, freight optimisation and last‑mile distribution.
• Drive warehouse productivity, layout optimisation and compliance with safety, quality and HSE standards.
• Produce monthly performance dashboards and reports for Aftersales and brand leadership.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Service, Sales, Finance and IT to align supply chain decisions with commercial priorities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a strong commercial and analytical mindset in automotive parts economics.
• Proven experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting and OE stakeholder management at a headquarters level.
• Track record of operational excellence across central distribution centres and branch networks.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and support new branch openings and product launches.
