Supply Chain Manager – Hospital Operations

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution functions for a hospital, ensuring that medical and non‑medical supplies are available when needed. This role is pivotal to maintaining efficient operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing and distribution activities to guarantee continuous supply of required items.
• Develop and implement supply‑chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency, control costs and improve service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchasing activities, supplier performance and key supply‑chain KPIs.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management and vendor relationship activities to secure quality, value and timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procurement procedures, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics or a related role.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
