Support and Deployment Engineer – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a Support and Deployment Engineer to join Azeus Systems Limited’s support team for the Azeus Convene platform. The role focuses on deploying and configuring secure system architectures for cloud and on‑premise environments across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and harden servers, applying firewall policies between servers.
• Support deployment of Azeus applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure and KSA Cloud.
• Install and configure applications on client premises, including hardening and policy setup.
• Identify, analyse and resolve system integration and server issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring problems.
• Automate repetitive tasks and recommend tooling improvements.
• Provide on‑call support for incident resolution.

• Fast learner with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays and different time zones.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
