System Administrator

About the role

The System Administrator will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to monitor, maintain, and improve servers, networks, and cloud services, guaranteeing seamless operation for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Set up and manage POS and CCTV systems.
• Design, deploy, and support LAN, WAN, VPN gateways, file servers, and intrusion detection systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
• Administer Symantec Endpoint Protection and backup solutions.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Maintain Odoo ERP software.
• Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and performance tuning.
• Apply OS patches, updates, and document configuration changes.
• Manage database servers, perform backups, recovery, and routine maintenance.
• Oversee cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) on Azure and AWS, including storage management.
• Implement Microsoft 365 identity, access, and authentication controls, and deploy Power Automate on Teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, security architecture, and OS hardening.
• Experience with Linux (CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu) and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Odoo software.
• Understanding of intrusion detection, data backup, and recovery processes.
