System Administrator (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

This remote System Administrator position supports a global workforce from Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that devices, software, networks and security solutions operate reliably, securely and efficiently across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows, macOS and Linux workstations.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals and IT equipment.
• Manage and prioritize tickets using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Handle device lifecycle tasks: inventory, deployment, maintenance and replacement.
• Configure and maintain security solutions such as VPN, antivirus, MDM, backup systems, firewalls and monitoring tools.
• Support network administration including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and VLANs.
• Document procedures, update knowledge bases and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Contribute to automation, scripting and process‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on system administration or technical support experience.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team.

Required skills

• Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Jira or comparable ticketing system.
