About the role
Bechtel is seeking a Systems Specialist to lead 4D BIM activities for the King Salman International Airport project in Riyadh. The role combines technical BIM expertise with project‑management support for a state‑of‑the‑art airport development.
Key responsibilities
- Provide BIM 4D planning, coordination and visualization for three new terminals (Terminal 6, Iconic Terminal, Private Aviation Terminal).
- Support project‑management consultancy services, including technical, commercial and construction management aspects of the airport programme.
- Maintain and integrate BIM models using industry‑standard 4D planning tools.
Required profile
- Minimum 120 months (10 years) of relevant experience in BIM and construction systems.
- Proven experience working on large‑scale infrastructure or airport projects.
