Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support rapid growth by managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities. You will source, screen, and onboard high‑quality candidates, focusing on technical and IT profiles across global talent markets. The role is fully remote, offering autonomy and the chance to use modern sourcing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, professional networks, social platforms, technical communities and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, converting passive prospects into active candidates.
• Conduct structured initial interviews to assess qualifications, technical background and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offer presentations and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support onboarding logistics, including documentation, equipment and orientation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management.
• Background recruiting for technology, IT or specialized technical roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interview and outreach abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
