About the role

We are seeking a people‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing startup focused on Voice AI and AI agents. You will act as an ambassador of our culture, ensuring every candidate enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source and engage top talent across multiple channels.
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates, ensuring a 10/5 candidate experience.
• Track and report key hiring metrics to continuously improve the process.
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers on active roles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on recruiting experience, preferably in tech or startups.
• Proven ability to source technical talent such as engineers and product professionals.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing startup environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
