HR Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Team Leader to drive HR operations and people‑related initiatives in line with business objectives and Saudi regulations. The role will oversee the HR team, ensuring compliance, talent development, and effective workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the HR team across daily operational and strategic activities.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and HR governance standards.
• Handle government platforms and HR systems such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, and related portals.
• Coordinate workforce planning, Saudization targets, and manpower requirements with department heads.
• Prepare HR reports, KPIs, analytics, and management dashboards.
• Support organizational development, employee engagement, and HR process improvement.
• Manage disciplinary procedures, investigations, and employee grievances confidentially.
• Monitor attendance, leave, contracts, renewals, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit and legal compliance.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Professional HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent).
• Strong experience with Saudi government HR platforms and labor‑related systems.
• Deep understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
