About the role
Adecco Saudi Arabia is looking for a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to drive both business development and end‑to‑end recruitment across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and delivering full‑cycle recruitment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across multiple industries in KSA.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
- Generate recruitment mandates through market mapping, networking, and client meetings.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close recruitment agreements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Handle offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding support.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate pipelines.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and revenue targets while ensuring high client and candidate satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing environment.
- Proven track record in both business development and successful placements.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in fast‑paced, target‑driven settings.
- Knowledge of the Saudi/GCC recruitment market is a plus.
