Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

BisChat is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for a fast‑growing messaging platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using structured, unbiased methods.
• Coordinate interview logistics and guide candidates through each hiring stage.
• Maintain accurate talent pipelines and track recruiting metrics.
• Drive employer‑branding initiatives across social channels to showcase BisChat’s culture.
• Continuously refine recruitment strategies based on data and market insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Strong ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate talent fairly.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools, and basic data‑driven reporting.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
