Talent Management & Development Senior Manager

About the role

The Talent Management & Development Sr. Manager will lead the Centre of Excellence’s talent initiatives, aligning them with Abdul Latif Jameel’s overall strategy. This role supports associates in implementing talent programs, assessing performance, and measuring training impact.

Key responsibilities

• Implement talent management initiatives that balance associate and organization needs, including competency frameworks and learning tools.
• Manage local and international vendor relationships, service agreements, and budgets for talent programs.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and SBUs to drive associate engagement, career management, and training delivery.
• Prepare and analyse assessment reports, learning needs, and career development activities.
• Coordinate internship, management trainee, and scholarship programs, and oversee talent management modules in the ALJ system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
