About the role

The Tamheer Elite Program at Bupa Arabia focuses on delivering a seamless healthcare experience to members across all touch‑points. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring timely delivery of services such as pre‑authorization, reimbursement claims and Tebtom, while tailoring care to individual medical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end member journeys, coordinating with operational functions to guarantee service delivery.
• Provide accurate information on Bupa services (pre‑authorization, reimbursement, Tebtom, hospital delegate services) and guide members to appropriate providers.
• Collect post‑service feedback via online questionnaires and analyse recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to customise healthcare offerings for targeted populations.
• Maintain and report KPI dashboards, including the Personal Coordinated Care (PCC) dashboard, and present updates to senior leadership.
• Support segmentation initiatives and contribute to Kaizen projects aimed at reducing service failures.

Required profile

• Minimum of one month of relevant experience in member services or healthcare operations.
• Strong communication skills to convey medical information and service details to members and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external providers.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pre‑authorization approval processes.
• Familiarity with reimbursement claim handling.
• Understanding of Tebtom and other core healthcare services.
• Experience with data collection and KPI reporting.
