Technical Lead

About the role

The Technical Lead drives technological innovation, designs robust solutions and ensures successful project execution while aligning technical initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Technical decision‑making, technology selection and architectural design of solutions.
• Problem‑solving and process optimisation to improve development workflows.
• Team management including task delegation, performance evaluation and mentoring of junior members.
• Project management covering planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with product, business and other departments to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Security and compliance oversight and contribution to long‑term technical strategy and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Saudi nationality required.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software systems, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High initiative, attention to detail, adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript.
• Software architecture and design patterns.
• DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Database management: relational and NoSQL databases, performance tuning.
