Technical Lead – Skadina Platform

About the role

Muller's Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of digital solutions on the Skadina platform. You will provide technical direction, mentor development teams and ensure that solutions meet quality, performance and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of applications on the Skadina platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Review code, enforce development standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with architects, business analysts and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment and post‑production activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure application performance, security and scalability.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge‑transfer materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 8 + years of software development experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven hands‑on experience with the Skadina platform.
• Strong background in software development, system integration and API development.
• Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
