Technical Office Engineer – Landscaping

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Technical Office Engineer specialized in landscaping to support our civil engineering projects. The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, performing quantity take‑offs, and managing technical documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review landscaping shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, architects, and subcontractors regarding landscaping works.
• Perform quantity take‑offs for softscape and hardscape items, including paving, irrigation, planting, and site development.
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation for consultant approval.
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and contract drawings to ensure compliance.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, work schedules, and project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in a technical office role within landscaping or construction projects.
• Experience with hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and site development works is preferred.
